Zusammenfassung:	A first-wall component with a tube segment is provided to block enormous disaster due to the crack and exfoliation by preventing a crack of the first-wall component of a fusion reactor. A first-wall component(1) with a tube segment(5) includes at least one heat shield film(2) made of black lead. A cooling tube(3) is made of copper or copper alloy. The heat shield film includes a closed or opened path(4). The tube segment(5) is arranged between the heat shield film(2) and the cooling tube(3). The tube segment(5) is connected to the heat shield film(2) and the cooling tube(3) in any region through copper containing layers(6,7).
