Zusammenfassung:A method and a device for automating multi-modal interaction are provided to automatically interact with a remote server based on the multi-modal interaction of a driver if the remote server is disconnected and reconnected. A personal database(210) stores user ID information used in at least one service provided from the server. A sequence storing part(220) sequentially stores a user interaction response requested from each execution step of a server application by relating to each execution step of the application. An interaction automating part(230) performs the multi-modal interaction by inputting the user ID information and the user interaction responses sequentially stored until the last execution step of the application if the remote server is disconnected and reconnected. The user interaction response includes voice, visual, and tactile response.
