Zusammenfassung:	An air sterilizing device is provided to recollect sterilized air back into interior and to sterilize air effectively in wide space by dispersing sterilized air further. An air sterilizing device includes an air fluid contacting top(c). The air fluid contacting top includes an air fluid contacting top body(100). The air fluid contacting top body comprises a plurality of air fluid contacting accelerating members(301,302,303) making a block shape making a vertical distance. The plurality of air fluid contacting accelerating members is made of ceramic material and formed in a shape of plate. A sprinkler(32) is arranged on a top portion of air fluid contacting accelerating members. A supplying member(105) is connected to the sprinkler to supply an electrolytic water to the sprinkler. A circulation unit circulates the electrolytic water from the sprinkler to the supplying member.
