A system and a method for transferring POS(Point Of Sale) fund in real-time by using a portable recording medium storing biometric information, and a recording medium storing a computer program thereof are provided to improve service satisfaction between a buyer and a seller by transferring a transaction price in real-time after comparing the biometric information stored in the portable recording medium of the buyer with the biometric information of the buyer. A recording medium reader(110) authenticates a user by reading the biometric information from the portable recording medium(10) of the user and receiving the biometric information from the user, and reads/transmits payment information stored in the portable recording medium together with an authentication result. A POS terminal(118) stores/transmits the received authentication result and payment information to a bank, stores/displays a transfer result received from the bank, and automatically deletes the biometric information inputted to the recording medium reader. The recording medium reader includes a recording medium input part(111), a biometric information input part(112), a biometric information comparator(113), a communicating module(115), and a controller(114).
