DATA RECORDING CONTROL APPARATUS

When new information to be clipped is recorded, as clip data, into a recording medium (29) and if the available capacity of the recording medium (29) is not sufficient, a plurality of clip data that have already been recorded are deleted in order of deletion precedence decided in accordance with the attributes of the plurality of clip data so as to increase the available capacity of the recording medium (29), thereby recording the new information to be clipped. Thus, clip data already recorded are automatically deleted in order of deletion precedence decided in accordance with the attributes of those clip data without user's involvement, whereby new information to be clipped can be recorded.
