Zusammenfassung:	A refrigerator is provided to efficiently damp the vibration and noise from a muffler by using a damping member, and to easily support the damping member to the muffler by using a clamp. A refrigerator comprises a refrigerant pipe(27), a muffler(29), a damping member(30), and a clamp(40). The refrigerant pipe forms a coolant circulation circuit for cooling a storage compartment. The muffler narrows the variation range of amount of the coolant to reduce the noise generated when the coolant being flowed in the refrigerant pipe. The damping member is connected with the outer peripheral surface of the muffler to damp the vibration and noise generated from the muffler. The clamp is formed to easily support the damping member to the muffler, and to prevent the damping member from being separated from the muffler when deformed by heat.
