SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIGITAL CONTENTS PROTECTION SYSTEM USING RTP PROTOCOL CRYPTOGRAPH SCHEME

A system and a method for protecting a digital contents using an RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) protocol cryptograph scheme are provided to lower a system load in comparison with cryptograph of the entire digital contents by using a payload type of an RTP protocol header for cryptograph. A method of cryptographing an RTP protocol header includes the steps of: applying a DRM(Digital Right Management) by using packet monitoring after performing a service with a general streaming tool; cryptographing a payload type of an RTP header as a public key of a user; removing the DRM by extracting an IP by using the packet monitoring in a user's system; decoding the payload type of the RTP header in the packet and inserting the decoded payload type into the payload type of the RTP header; and transmitting digital contents to a user's general player(150) to provide the digital contents.
