Zusammenfassung:	An exhaust manifold mounting structure is provided to effectively prevent exhaust gas from being leaked through the gap formed between an exhaust manifold and a cylinder head, by arranging a stopper on the exhaust manifold. A stopper(6) is mounted on an exhaust manifold(3) so as to prevent a nut(5) from being loosened. The nut is coupled to a bolt(2) coupled to a cylinder head(1) and penetrating through the exhaust manifold. A flange formed at the exhaust manifold has a predetermined portion with a boss(3a) having a fixing hole. The stopper includes a protruded shaft(6a) press fitted to the fixing hole; and a rotation preventing flange(6b) for covering an outer surface of the nut so as to prevent the nut from being loosened.
