Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to prevent deflection phenomenon of phosphor paste by controlling a first voltage and a second voltage at low voltage of less than 5V. Barrier ribs(112) are formed on a substrate with an address electrode(113). A first voltage is applied to a nozzle(601) of a dispensing device(600) which dispenses phosphor paste(114) in a discharge space defined by the barrier ribs, and a second voltage which is opposite to the first voltage is applied to the address electrode. The phosphor paste is dispensed through the nozzle of the dispensing device. The first voltage and the second voltage are low voltage of less than 5 voltages.
