Zusammenfassung:	A camera and a mobile communication terminal embedding the same are provided to smoothly perform an auto focusing function although an additional auxiliary light device does not exist. A camera control module(50) controls a lens module(10) so that the lens module(10) automatically focuses an object. When the object is in a low-illuminance state, a flash module(30) emits auxiliary light so that the camera control module(50) calculates an accurate focal length for the object of the lens module(10). The flash module(30) includes a flash unit for emitting light, a flash charging unit for charging power required for light emission of the flash unit, and a flash driving unit for inducing the flash unit to emit light by supplying power charged in the flash charging unit to the flash unit.
