Zusammenfassung:	A louver shutter is provided to improve lighting by adjusting the opening angle of a slat in sliding a rack gear up and down, and to enhance the appearance by restricting the slat from being displaced or suspended. A louver shutter controlling ventilation and lighting by installing plural slats(16) inside a support frame(14) of a window frame includes the slats having assembling holes(18) at both ends, a shutter support beam(30) installed in an assembling groove(21) of the support frame and provided with plural pinion assembling holes(32), a turning pin member(40) inserted to the pinion assembling hole, assembled with both ends of the slat, contained in the shutter support beam and provided with a pinion gear unit(41), and a couple of rack gears(43) engaged with the pinion gear parts of the turning pin member and slid up and down along the inside of the shutter support beam. A slide rail is formed longitudinally in the shutter support beam, and a guide groove is formed in the rack gear corresponding to the rail.
