NOVEL BENZOXAZOLE AMIDE COMPOUND HAVING LIPOXYGENASE INHIBITORY ACTIVITY, THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND A COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING ASTHMA

Provided is a novel benzoxazole amide derivative compound showing strong inhibition activity against 5-lipoxygenase so as to be used as a medicine for treating asthma. The benzoxazole amide derivative compound is represented by the formula(1). In the formula(1), R1 is at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, nitro, amine, carboxylic acid, lower alkyl ester, haloalkyl, C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkoxy, and P is H, halogen, nitro, linear or branched C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, phenyl, phenyl lower alkyl or phenyl lower alkylene substituted or unsubstituted by R', where R' is halogen, haloalkyl, amino or C1-6 alkyl. The pharmaceutical composition for treating asthma comprises the benzoxazole amide derivative compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an effective ingredient.
