Zusammenfassung:	A rollator is provided to reduce number of components and manufacturing cost by constituting an armrest portion and a stable gripping member integrally in a leaning portion and to make a cushion member attached to and detached from the leaning portion. The rollator includes a base frame(2), a pillar(3), an adjusting pillar(4) and a leaning portion(5). The adjusting pillar(4) is installed on the pillar(3) to be elastically adjusted. The leaning portion(5) is installed on the top portion of the adjusting pillar(4) to support the upper part of user's body. In the leaning portion(5), a concave portion(8) for receiving a user's body portion is formed. An armrest portion(10) is installed on the upper part of both sides of the concave portion(8). A stable gripping member(9) is installed to protrude to the front side of the concave portion(8), and has gripping portions(G) that are formed in a bilateral symmetrical shape.
