Zusammenfassung:	A battery, a mobile communication terminal having the same, and a charger for charging the same are provided to charge a battery safely by detecting heating of a charged battery and breaking a providing current applied to charge a battery. A battery includes a charging pack(233) and a temperature sensing element(235). The temperature sensing element(235) outputs the sensed temperature by sensing a temperature of the charging pack(233). A charger for charging the battery includes a charging circuit(150), and a charging control circuit(170). The charging circuit(150) converts a general voltage into a voltage which is adapted to a battery charge, and provides the battery with the converted voltage. The charging control circuit(170) receives a temperature signal from the battery, and stops the charging circuit(150) from being charged if the temperature of the charging pack(233) is higher than a predetermined value.
