ALKYLPHENOL DERIVATIVES HAVING PHYTOPATHOGENIC FUNGI ACTIVITIES

Alkylphenol derivatives having inhibiting activity of phytopathogenic bacteria are provided to inhibit proliferation of phytopathogenic bacteria without environmental pollution by using the structure similar to thymol or carvacrol derived from thyme oil. The alkylphenol derivatives having inhibiting activity of phytopathogenic bacteria, represented by the formula(1) are provided, R1 is H, aromatic hydrocarbon containing C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl group or haloalkyl group, C1-C6 aliphatic hydrocarbon containing at least one element selected from N, O, P and S, aromatic hydrocarbon or heterocyclic compound, preferably COZ, SOOZ or CONZ; Z is C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl group or haloalkyl group, aryl group or substituted aryl group; the substituted aryl group is aryl group substituted by 1-3 substituents selected from halogen atom, nitro group, C1-C6 alkyl group, C1-C6 alkoxy group and C1-C6 haloalkyl group; and R2 is H or CH3.
