Preferably the method comprises the steps of dissolving a hyaluronic acid sodium salt of high molecular weight in water or a mixture solvent of water and a low molecular weight alcohol; adding 0.01-50 % of ion exchange resin and stirring the mixture at 20-100 deg.C for 24-120 hours; and filtering it to remove the ion exchange resin and freeze-drying the solution.
