Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for removing amygdalin from apricot seeds, and thus innoxious apricot stone is obtained by removing amygdalin using only enzymes contained in apricot seeds and are usable as cosmetic and edible materials. The method for removing amygdalin from apricot seeds comprises; a separation step(S1) of grinding apricot seeds into fine powder with a particle size of 20-100mesh, mixing the fine powder with water in a ratio of 1:5-20 to obtain a mixture, and separating amygdalin using an ultrasonic machine; a decomposition step(S2) of enzymatically hydrolyzing the separated amygdalin into dextrose, benzaldehyde, and hydrogen cyanide by emulsion that is an enzyme component contained in apricot seeds; and a drying step(S3) of drying the hydrolysates in a dryer to remove volatile hydrogen cyanide. |
