Zusammenfassung:	A valve device capable of preventing the defective operation thereof from occurring by dynamic pressure by avoiding reverse flow without being restricted by piping and without bending a primary pipe, wherein an inlet side inner passage includes a bent part (inlet side lateral inner passage 21 and an inlet side vertical inner passage 22) in a valve housing (11). Thus, a bent part requested for the primary pipe to avoid reverse flow can be formed in an inner passage inside the valve housing 11.
