Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a roasted skewer of seasoned meat or vegetable pieces, which has a snow-like surface so that users enjoy a chilly taste like that of ice cream in the summer season. The roasted skewer(10) of seasoned meat or vegetable pieces with a snow-like surface is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: applying a spice sauce onto a skewer having meat or vegetable pieces; roasting the skewer on a grill or with a charcoal fire; positioning the roasted skewer on dry ice(20) received in a container(30); allowing the skewer to be frozen rapidly at a temperature of -80 to 110 deg.C for 8 minutes to obtain a snow-like surface.
