METHOD OF CLEARANCE OF SCALE USING CHLORITE

A method for removing scale by using chlorine dioxide is provided to remove the scale completely by contacting chlorine dioxide, ammonium ion, and hydroxyl ion with a probe during a short time. The scale of a silicon tube is removed by the first cleansing process. The commercially received chlorine dioxide of 8 % is diluted with water so that the first cleansing solution is produced. The browned silicon tube having the scale is processed by the first cleansing solution during 15 minutes so that the scale is removed through the first cleansing. The firstly cleaned silicon tube is contacted with water. Thereafter the color of the firstly cleaned silicon tube is changed into brown after 48 hours.
