COMMUNICATION CONTROL SERVER, COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

A communication control server, a communication terminal, and a communication control method are provided to start PoC(Push-to-talk over Cellular) communication at an early stage by shortening a connection time. When controlling of a termination side has been completed at a point of time when a 200 OK signal is received(S209), the 200 OK signal is transmitted to the terminal(TA)(S209).
