A cutter is provided to reduce the number of cutting processes and costs, and suppress loss of weight of the cut object by reducing the number of unnecessary cut pieces. A cutter(20) comprises a driving unit; a cutting unit where power of the driving unit is transmitted; a first cutting unit arranged at a side surface of the cutting unit; and a second cutting unit arranged in the cutting unit in such a manner that the second cutting unit passes through the center of a containing section. The cutting unit includes the containing section(23) having a containing element for containing an object to be cut; and a power transmission section(31) interposed between the driving unit and the containing section so as to transmit power to the containing section.
