Zusammenfassung:	A glass paste composition is provided to secure good dispersion stability and viscosity by adding a dispersing agent and to obtain proper transparency by using glass powder having a softening point of 300~600deg.C. The glass paste composition consists of glass powder of 30~85wt.%, binding resin of 5~25wt.%, an organic solvent of 5~30wt.%, and a dispersing agent of 0.01~5wt.%. The dispersing agent has independent hydrogen atoms, hydrocarbons of C1-C20, aromatic hydrocarbons of C6-C20, or alkylene glycol of C2-C20. The glass powder does not contain lead and has a softening point of 300~600deg.C. The binding resin is acryl resin completely oxidized and eliminated at the plasticizing temperature of 300~600deg.C. The organic solvent has a boiling point of 120~200deg.C. A transfer film formed by the glass paste composition is transferred on a glass substrate(1) where electrodes(5) are formed, and then plasticized at 500deg.C.
