Zusammenfassung: | A production method for a both-sided conductor polyimide laminate which continuously produces a both-sided conductor polyimide laminate free from defective appearance such as longitudinal wrinkles and stable in quality in a rolled state, and which continuously introduces, into between press rolls, a one-sided conductor laminate formed by heat-curing polyimide insulation layers and laminating them without using an adhesive and a base material consisting of a conductive metal foil to laminate and integrate the conductive metal foil by heat press bonding, wherein the above press rolls each have a surface temperature uniforming means and a means of controlling heating from the inside that causes different thermal expansions at the central band portion and at the opposite-sides band portions, and the above heating controlling means heats the inner wall surface of the central band portion 5-20°C higher than those of the opposite-sides band portions to thereby effect heat press bonding and laminated integration, with the non- uniformity of a pressurizing force, due to a fine inclination caused when the press roll gap is adjusted, automatically corrected by the thermal expansion of the central band portion. |
