Zusammenfassung:A process of fabricating nano-carbon and metal composite material is provided to obtain nano-carbon composite material oriented in a single direction and to save energy for melting the material by combining nano-carbon material and metal material for matrix and extrusion molding the combined material to form the material with single orientation. The process comprises the steps of: blending nano-carbon material and metal material for matrix; compressing the blend to form a compact body; coating the compact body with a material having a melting point higher than that of the metal material; heating the compact body up to a temperature in which the metal material is co-existed in solid and liquid phases under inert or non-oxidation gas environment; pressurizing the heated compact body and forming first molded material by plastic deformation; and extrusion molding the first molded material to produce nano-carbon and metal composite. The metal material is in the form of chips and has the melting point less than 660deg.C.
