FOOTWEAR

A footwear capable of reinforcing or improving the exercise capacity mainly of a leg part and preventing body functions from being lowered by eccentric center of gravity. The sole (12) of shoes (10) is formed such that the root portion of a toe is formed thick and a metal fixture (30) for detachably fitting a rotating adopter (20) thereto is installed at the root portion. The inner surface of the shoes (10) comprises a slope lowering toward a heel side (16) as shown by a line (LA) and a slope lowering from a little finger side to a thumb side as shown by a line (LB). Also, a sloped surface (18) is formed on the sole (12) starting at the root portion to a toe side (14). When the rotating adapter (20) is fitted to the metal fixture (30) and a wearer stands up, the wearer can perform a rotating motion and a twist motion. When the rotating adapter (20) is not fitted, since the wearer walks with an inside center of gravity kept in balance while moving the center of gravity between the heel side (16) and the toe side (14), muscles can be used in a well-balanced state, and the reinforcement of the muscles and stretch effects can be provided.
