Zusammenfassung:Provided is a seed mat block for cultivating plants, which requires a minimized space for the cultivation of plants, allows a user to cultivate plants with ease by supplying only water thereto. The seed mat block for cultivating plants comprises a seed mat(10) and a casing(20) for housing the seed mat. The seed mat comprises plant seeds disposed between the first mat and the second mat which have a predetermined shape and formed of cover soil. The casing includes an opening(21) at the top thereof so that the plant seeds are germinated and the sprouts protrude toward the exterior, and a water absorption port(22) formed at the bottom so that water is introduced from the exterior and supplied to the seed mat.
