Zusammenfassung:A method and a system for offering a conversational agent service using images are provided to expand restricted Q/A(Question/Answer) pairs by making a user of the conversational agent set a response including texts/images for a question of the visitor. A user computer(2) requests a screen for setting the question and the text/image response to the conversational agent service server(4), and transmits the set question and text/image response to the conversational agent service server. A visitor computer(1) gives the question to a conversational agent by connecting to the conversational agent service server. A database(8) stores the set question and text/image response. The conversational agent service server stores the set question and text/image response to the database, searches the set text/image response for the question of the visitor computer from the database, and transmits the searched text/image response to the visitor computer.
