Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a cylindrical lithium secondary battery, which comprises a heat-radiant member and has improved thermal stability, and a manufacturing method thereof. The cylindrical lithium secondary battery(100) comprises: an electrode assembly(200) including a first electrode plate(210), a second electrode plate(220), and a separator(230) interposed between the first electrode plate(210) and the second electrode plate(220), and having a space formed at the center; a cylindrical case(300) having a space for accommodating the electrode assembly(200) with the upper and lower parts open; a cap assembly(400) that combines with the upper part of the cylindrical case(300); and a heat-radiant member(600) that combines with the lower part of the cylindrical case(300).
