Zusammenfassung:	A system and a method for withdrawing cash using a mobile banking service are provided to implement a banking service to be encashed by enabling a user to withdraw the cash from a member shop scattered over many places through a mobile banking system. A mobile terminal(103) transmits information for requesting cash withdrawal and receives approval information for the cash withdrawal. A mobile banking server(105) extracts terminal information of the mobile terminal by responding to cash withdrawal request information, extracts mobile account information of the mobile terminal and balance information of a mobile account based on the terminal information, and generates the approval information based on the balance information. In case that approval request information for the cash withdrawal is received from one member shop terminal(111) based on the approval information, the mobile banking server orders account transfer to the member shop. A database(107) stores user information of the mobile terminal, the terminal information, and member shop terminal registration information.
