Zusammenfassung:	A cooling device of a vehicle is provided to improve wind speed through a radiating means by suppressing resistance of wind passing through the radiating means and to enhance a radiating function. A cooling device of a vehicle comprises a radiating means(9,10) contacted with a combustion engine or a cooling cycle; a duct(12) formed with an air path(11) for passing air through the radiating means; and a cross flow fan(13) installed in the duct. The cross flow fan is installed at the other place than a projected area of the radiating means in casting horizontally from the front side of the vehicle to the rear side to suck the air passed through the radiating means in and to discharge to the outer side of the duct. The duct is formed with an opening unit opened over a predetermined vehicle speed to pass not through the cross flow fan but through the opening unit.
