APPARUTUS FOR MAKING VIDEO LECTURE COUPLED WITH LECTURE SCENARIO AND TEACHING MATERIALS AND METHOD THEREOF

A tool and a method for authoring a video lecture linked with a lecture index and teaching materials are provided to form a database by linking the video lecture simply captured/encoded in real-time with the teaching materials and the lecture index comprising small titles. A main controlling module(126) displays a video lecture authoring window for controlling various functions of an authoring tool to an output device(108) and controls each module according to a signal inputted from an input device(106). An I/O(Input/Output) interface module(122) inputs/outputs data to the I/O device, a storage device(110), a camera(102), and a microphone(104). A signal processing module(128) generates a video lecture file by encoding analog data inputted from the camera and the microphone. A synch module(126) receives a sync signal inputted from the I/O device and outputs a video lecture capturing progress time of a received time point to a database forming module(130). The database forming module forms the video lecture database by combining the lecture information and the capture progress time.
