The impurity concentration of a surface portion of the separating unit (21) is equal to or lower than a first concentration. The first concentration is a concentration at which the light receiving sensitivity of the separating unit (21) to light is equal to the light receiving sensitivity of each of the plurality of photodiode units (2-1 to 2-n) of the light. A wavelength of the light is equal to or longer than that of blue-violet light.
