Zusammenfassung:	A method for providing frame-related information, a method for receiving the frame-related information, and a system for searching for the frame-related information are provided to get random access to a segment of a program efficiently, which is recordable on a DVR(Digital Video Recorder), by efficiently transmitting segment information of the program. An AV program is provided through a display. It is monitored whether one or more frames are selected. If one or more frames are selected, frame-related information for the selected frames is searched by using information of localizing the selected frames. The searched frame-related information is provided through the display together with the selected frames. The frame-related information includes information about figures displayed on a screen.
