The control panel (13) is operated remotely through the maintenance tool (20) by connecting the tool (20) to a connector (15) in a connector box (14) provided at a landing of a predetermined floor. This enables the same maintenance work as that conducted by directly operating the control panel (13) to be made at a place away from the control panel (13). |
