Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An oligonucleotide which contains a base sequence specific to 16S ribosomal RNA gene of a sporogenous aerobic bacterium or a sequence complementary to the above base sequence. The specific base sequence as described above is a base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:1 to 6. This oligonucleotide is employed as a primer in a PCR reaction wherein a nucleic acid prepared from a subject bacterium to be determined is used as a specimen and the specimen serves as a template. Thus, it can be determined whether a subject bacterium is a sporogenous aerobic bacterium or not based on the amplification of a specific DNA fragment as an indication.
