Zusammenfassung:	A magnetooptic head comprising a lens (11b) for forming a light spot on a disc, a magnetic field generating coil (2) located between the lens (11b) and the disc, and a magnetic layer (3) located between the coil (2) and the lens (11b), characterized in that the magnetic layer (3) consists of a plurality of magnetic bodies (30) arranged radially about the optical axis of the lens (11b), a heat transfer layer (5) for receiving heat is provided between the magnetic layer (3) and the lens (11b), and the heat transfer layer (5) is integrally provided with a heat transmitting part (50) for receiving heat by extending between the magnetic bodies (30) in the magnetic layer (3).
