INFORMATION STORING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS

A card and a user terminal allowing processings associated with processings based on card-noncontact communication to be executed in the user terminal to which the card has been provided. The card (30) has noncontact communication means; contact communication means; and control means (33) for performing processings based on commands received from these noncontact and contact communication means. In addition, the card (30) includes information storing means for storing disclosure information disclosed via the contact communication means; and information disclosing means (31) for referring to the information storing means in response to a query from a card monitor part (12) of a user terminal (10). The control means (33) produces and stores the disclosure information into the information storing means when the processings based on the noncontact communication with a service terminal (50) are completed. When receiving a query from the card monitor part (12) of the user terminal (10), the information disclosing means (31) refers to the information storing means to disclose the disclosure information if stored therein. The user terminal (10) can detect a completion of the noncontact communication processings of the card (30) from the disclosure information and perform the processings associated with those noncontact communication processings.
