Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a filter module for blood purification and/or oxygenation, a blood purification and oxygenation method and a blood purification device using the same. The filter module in accordance with the present invention comprises a blood inlet 3 to which the blood is supplied from the human body and a blood outlet 4 from which the blood is supplied to the human body, a dialysis filter fiber 7 and an oxygenation filter fiber 10 formed in "U" shape and detachable, and an activated charcoal for hemofiltration and blood perfusion. The filter module is so designed that hemodialysis, blood oxygenation, hemofiltration and removal of impurities are performed simultaneously, and the filters may easily be cleaned or replaced.
