Zusammenfassung:	An examining instrument for examining a liquid crystal panel (3) by bringing probe blocks (1) into contact with a conductive pattern (4) for terminals of the liquid crystal panel (3). Odd- and even-number corresponding flexible boards (5a, 5b) of flexible boards (5) provided to respective probe blocks are installed separately at respective installation positions of odd- and even-number corresponding address portions (6a, 6b) of a relay board (6) by bringing the connection ends (5A, 5B) near the odd- and even-number corresponding address portions (6a, 6b) and connecting them. Thus, the connection wires (15) between the connection ends (5A, 5B) and the odd- and even-number corresponding address portions (6a, 6b) can be reduced to a possible minimum value, and intersections of the connection wires (15) can be avoided to simplify the structure.
