COOLING SYSTEM OF HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER FOR MICROWAVE RANGE

A high-voltage transformer cooling system of a microwave oven is provided to intermit lower and upper covers combined to upper and lower sides of a case by a clamp and to repress expansion of the cooling fluid filled in the case by improving fixing relation of the case and a bracket. A high-voltage transformer cooling system(30) of a microwave oven is composed of a case(33) having many uneven units(31,32) in multi-stages to improve heat exchange efficiency with the external cold air; a high-voltage transformer(34) inserted into the case; cooling fluid(35) injected into a cooling unit for absorbing high heat generated from the transformer; lower and upper covers(36,37) finished to the lower and upper sides of the case by curling; and a case fixing unit for fastening the case to the microwave oven. The case fixing unit has a cover clamp(40) with sufficient strength and elasticity. The cover clamp comprises a hanging unit(42) formed at the lower side to receive and hang a lower curling unit(41) where the lower cover and the case are combined; contact units(43) arranged at both sides of the hanging unit and contacted to the lower cover to improve combining force; a supporter(45) projected outward at the outside of the contact unit in a width of the uneven unit and bent upward at a height of the case; a bent unit(46) formed from an upper end of the supporter toward the inside; and a pressurizing unit(48) hung to an upper curling unit(47) in the bent unit to prevent separation of the upper cover and pressurize the cover. The case fixing unit extends outward the hanging unit of the cover clamp and joins the hanging unit through a combining hole of a bracket by a fixing unit. The case fixing unit has a filler port sealing unit for sealing a filler port formed on the upper cover to fill the case with the cooling fluid.
