Zusammenfassung: | A brake disc is provided to improve riding comfort and elongate life time of a pad by restricting friction heat, noise, and vibration through vertically elongating friction surface of the disc along the circumference and by reducing side-pressure to the pad through broadening a friction area between the disc and the pad. In a disc-type brake device generating the brake power by rubbing a pad with a disc(10) through a cylinder operated by oil pressure, the disc is composed of a cylindrical elongated part(16) vertically bent on one side along the circumference and elongated toward the pad; and another cylindrical elongated part vertically bent on the other side along and elongated toward the pad to broad the friction area(14) with the brake pad. The inner circumferential surface(17) of the cylindrical elongated parts is decreased inward with a taper-shape to insert the pad with little friction. One side of the pad is also taper-shaped correspondently with the inner surface of the elongated parts. A plurality of vent holes are installed on the elongated parts to easily release the friction heat. |
