Zusammenfassung:	An optical film and an optical display apparatus comprising the optical film are provided to suppress the generation of interference fringe by making an interface of two transparent layers have specific property. An optical film(1) comprises a plurality of transparent layers. The first transparent layer(2) and the second transparent layer(3) formed adjacently to the first transparent layer are formed with materials having different refractive indices each other. A contact interface(4) between the first transparent layer and the second transparent layer is an optical scattering interface, and thus the generation of interference fringe is suppressed. The contact interface between the first and the second transparent layer has more than an average illumination of 0.4 micrometer according to JIS B0601-1994.
