The neutralizing agent is ammonia water. And the plasticizer is selected from polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, glycerine, propylene glycol, diethyl phthalate, triacetin, cetyl alcohol, triethyl citrate, and a hydrophilic plasticizer.
