Zusammenfassung:A process is provided to produce enteric aqueous dispersed hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate nanoparticles excellent in a film property and an enteric coating property, which dose not use a high-priced emulsifier, shortens time of an ion exchange process, and uses a plasticizer after the ion exchange process. The process comprises the steps of: injecting a neutralizing agent into hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate to prepare nanoparticles having the residual electrolyte content of 10.0-12.0mS; ion-exchanging the nanoparticles to have the residual electrolyte content of 7.0-9.0mS; adding the plasticizer to the ion-exchanged nanoparticles to soften. The neutralizing agent is ammonia water. And the plasticizer is selected from polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, glycerine, propylene glycol, diethyl phthalate, triacetin, cetyl alcohol, triethyl citrate, and a hydrophilic plasticizer.
