DRIVER AIR-BAG MODULE

An airbag module of a driver's seat is provided to restrict early deployment of an airbag from friction between first and second flaps, and to deploy the airbag completely by increasing deployment pressure larger than friction force after distributing gas into the airbag evenly by winding the first flap and the second flap conversely. An airbag module of a driver's seat of a vehicle is composed of an airbag housing fixed to a center of a steering wheel and opened in an upper part, an airbag cover covering the upper part of the airbag housing to form an exterior, an inflator installed in the airbag housing to generate high pressure gas at a collision, a separate plate inserted to the inflator, an airbag(58) having an inlet end opened, folded and combined with the separate plate by a retainer, a textile lap(59) surrounding the airbag and having an H-shaped tear line(59a) to deploy the airbag, and an airbag deployment pressure distributing unit(60) injecting high pressure gas by restricting deployment of the airbag in flowing gas.
