Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a depurator capable of obtaining more improved depuration capability using an existing depuration facility by adding natural mineral powder containing germanium to a depurator in a certain ratio, and a method for preparing depurator using natural mineral powder containing germanium. CONSTITUTION: A depurator using natural mineral powder containing germanium comprises mineral powder containing 65 to 75 wt.% of natural germanium having a moisture content of 16 to 18%; and 25 to 35 wt.% of quicklime, wherein the natural germanium mineral powder additionally includes certain quantities of sericite, zeolite, biotite, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and alkali constituents, and wherein the quicklime contains 85 to 95 wt.% of calcium oxide and 93 to 97 wt.% of alkali constituents. A method for preparing depurator using natural mineral powder containing germanium comprises: a natural mineral powder preparation step of mixing natural germanium mineral powder having a moisture content of 16 to 18% with zirconium oxide, sericite, zeolite and biotite; a quicklime preparation step of mixing 85 to 95 wt.% of calcium oxide and 93 to 97 wt.% of alkali constituent with quicklime; a mixing step of blending 65 to 75 wt.% of natural mineral powder with 25 to 35 wt.% of quicklime; and an aging step of agitating mixed powder supplied from the mixing step in an agitator until an exothermic temperature of the mixed powder is not increased any more.
