DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE AND DIAGNOSTIC METHOD FOR DETECTING LOOSENED BOLT IN TOWER FOR TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION

PURPOSE: A diagnostic device and a diagnostic method for detecting loosened bolt in tower for transmission and distribution are provided to detect a signal of a loosened bolt in a normal state based on strength change characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic device for detecting a loosened bolt in a tower for transmission and distribution includes a signal measurement unit(100), a filter(200), a converter(300), an operation unit(400), a diagnostic unit(500), and a display unit(600). The signal measurement unit(100) measures an input signal of a force sensor and an output signal of an acceleration/a sound sensor. The filter(200) amplifies an input/output signal from the signal measurement unit(100) and passes the input/output signal through a low pass filter. The converter(300) converts the filter input/output signal in a time domain into a signal in a frequency domain. The operation unit(400) calculates peculiar frequencies of the converted input/output signal filtered by the filter.
