Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a hot rolling method capable of accurately controlling superposition between the tail end of the preceding metal sheet and the top end of the succeeding metal sheet when bonding the preceding metal sheet to the succeeding metal sheet by overlapping a tail end of a preceding metal sheet with a top end of a succeeding metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: In a hot rolling method for disposing a bonding unit(3) for bonding a tail end of a preceding metal sheet(9) and a top end of a succeeding metal sheet(6) during traveling of the metal sheet(11) at the upper stream side of a finishing mill and overlapping the tail end of the preceding metal sheet with the top end of the succeeding metal sheet so that the bonding unit bonds the preceding metal sheet to the succeeding metal sheet, the hot rolling method comprises the steps of: determining an arbitrary traveling position as a bonding position, positioning the tail end of the preceding metal sheet and the top end of the succeeding metal sheet at a bonding position and maintaining speed of the preceding metal sheet and speed of the succeeding metal sheet to an approximately equal speed at the same time, and finishing a bonding operation by the bonding unit in the same state.
