Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A safety syringe is provided to protect a syringe needle by moving a protecting cover onto a needle to be fixed after using a syringe, which prevents doctors or nurses from getting pricked by a needle to be infected. CONSTITUTION: Irrespective of a syringe with or without a needle, the safety syringe consists of: a cylinder(11), where a locking jaw is formed on the needle-fixing part(13) at its front-end part; a cylindrical protecting cover(31) set on the outside of the cylinder(11), where the protecting cover makes it possible to move along the cylinder(11) and has a anti-slip jaw(32) at its front-end part and cuts the both-side wall at its after-end part to make up-down fixing parts(33), and a linking groove(34) is formed at the end of the up-down fixing parts(33), many front protrusions and many rear protrusions are formed on the inside of the cylindrical protecting cover(31), up-down linking holes(18) are placed in a handhold(17) inside the cylinder to be linked with the up-down fixing parts(33); and a fixing adapter(21) on the needle-fixing part(13) to fix the cylindrical protecting cover(31).
